When is the retreat?
The retreat is happening from February 1st, 2019 to February 10th, 2019 in Bali, Indonesia. Couldn't make it to the retreat in person? This Virtual Ticket is for you.
How can I access the replays?
You'll be sent private access to all of the replay videos, trainings, resources, workbooks and goodies. They will all be available online and you will have lifetime access to all of the videos and resources.
When will I get the replays?
Access to the workshop replays will be available after the retreat finishes on February 10th, 2019. We plan to give you access to the replays by March 1st, 2019 at the latest. (Our videographers will have to transfer all the files and do some editing before it's all fully ready for you!)
How much does the Virtual Ticket cost?
The Virtual Ticket is all yours for just $197.
Do I need a visa?
It depends on your passport and nationality. If you’re staying less than 30 days, please check here to see if your passport is exempt from needing a visa: https://www.bali.com/visa-indonesia-entry-requirements-bali.html.

Please be sure to check whether you’re required to have a visa to enter Bali and stay for the 10 days of the retreat. 

Please also make sure your passport is up-to-date and valid for at least 6 to 12 months for the trip (6 months is the bare minimum and is a requirement to enter Indonesia. If in doubt, please renew your passport early.)
Can my partner, friend, boyfriend, girlfriend or spouse attend the retreat with me? How much would it cost for them?
We have a few limited spots available for partners to join. If you'd like to share your room and the retreat experience with a plus-one, your partner will qualify for 30% off the total package price.

This means your partner will get access to ALL activities! 

Please indicate this in your application form so that we can make the proper arrangements with you at the time of booking.
How will we get around?
Our hotel is just a 5-10 minute walk from Hubud, our coworking space, so most of the time - we will simply journey on foot. If we’re going further for any arrange group activities, we will provide transportation.
What should I wear, pack, bring?
We will send out a comprehensive Bali Prep Guide that will contain all the information you could ever need (and more) on what you should wear, pack and bring to the retreat! 
Can I stay longer? 
Of course you can! You’ll be responsible for arranging your accommodations and travel beyond the retreat dates.
How do I get to Bali?
To get to Bali, you'll fly to the Ngurah Rai International Airport, where a driver will be awaiting your arrival to transport you to our hotel in Ubud. 

When booking flights, please ensure you are arriving by Saturday, February 2nd at 4pm at the latest.

 We ask that you send your flight details to us by January 10, 2019.
Payment Questions
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
Due to the nature and planning of this event, tickets are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another person UP TO 30 DAYS PRIOR to the start date of the retreat. 

Please contact support@elisedarma.com for assistance if you need to change the name of your ticket.
Is there a benefit to paying in full?
Yes! By paying in full, you get a free 60 minute one-on-one session with Elise during the retreat. 

This means: one hour of talking about whatever you’d like to talk about in regards to your business, any specific questions or issues you currently have, and any future ideas you’re thinking about. Elise will treat the session as she does with any of her one-on-one private coaching clients. 

She’ll bring her years of experience and expertise to help you work through any roadblocks and plan out the next action steps.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We offer a payment plan option: 4 easy-peasy monthly payments.
When is payment due?
If you’re paying in full, payment is due within 1 week after your application has been accepted.

If you’re paying with the payment plan, the first monthly payment is due within 1 week after your application has been accepted.
